I personally like the headless cover trend too. It's usually cute and interesting- and also, it's like mannequins. It's easier to imagine yourself as the person on the cover if there's no head.

I feel like I've already read this book (perfect girl changes due to giant, hideous secret). Not that this ruins it for me, but it makes me want to know if the 'secret' is something different (something other than having been raped basically).
